The company owner was receptive to my call and came out during the week, during the day to walk through the house. I appreciated this because all other companies could only come at night or the weekend. He sent me a detailed estimate which was very affordable. We asked him to paint every wall, door, and ceiling in our new house. He said no problem and wrote down every detail. His crew showed up on time every day and were extremely considerate of our needs. They worked 6 days a week to complete the job as quickly as possible. In the pictures attached you can see we picked a bright color in my son’s bedroom. The cut line was so straight, we were impressed by the quality and quickness. In our main bedroom the ceiling (and almost all the doors in the house) was large, tall and black. They were able to quickly change the ceiling to white. We only spent one night out of our bedroom. My MIL’s room (not small) was completed in one day so that she could sleep in her bed. Cortez contracting also filled our electrical needs. Every outlet needed replacing and they did them all to code."
